本研究对比了采用CPT与Ficoll分离外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, PBMC）后获得的CD14+单核细胞的基因表达情况。本研究遵循“方法”章节所述流程，对基因芯片（microarray）数据开展两组对照结合置换检验的差异表达分析，以筛选出经CPT分离PBMC所得CD14+单核细胞与经Ficoll分离PBMC所得CD14+单核细胞之间的差异表达基因。所有探针组（Probeset）均按照错误发现率（False Discovery Rate, FDR）值进行排序。（CSV格式，文件大小26353 kb）
