High-throughput sequencing of symptomatic tomato samples from Mato Grosso, Brazil

This project investigated viral communities associated with tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) plants showing characteristic curly top disease symptoms in Mato Grosso, Brazil. High-throughput sequencing (HTS) was performed to identify potential plant viruses and characterize their genomic diversity.
