Radiotherapy promotes cuproptosis and synergizes with cuproptosis inducers to overcome tumor

We used RNA-seq to explore the discrepancy between parental cancer cells, radioresistant cancer cells and radiation treated cancers cells. Combined with single-cell RNA-seq from tumors of patients unresponsive to radiation, we hoped to find the key genes playing parts in cancer radioresistance.

本研究采用RNA-seq（RNA测序）技术，探究亲本癌细胞、辐射抗性癌细胞与经辐射处理的癌细胞之间的转录组差异。结合来自放疗无应答患者肿瘤的单细胞RNA-seq（单细胞RNA测序）数据，我们旨在鉴定在癌症辐射抗性中发挥关键作用的基因。
