RARs mRNA was strongly expressed in ARPE-19 cells, whereas RXRs expression was not detected (Figure A and B). RARβ mRNA levels was increased after ATRA treatment when compared with controls. Expression of RARβ mRNA was dose dependent with a maximal effect observed with 10-5 mol/l ATRA. In contrast, there were no significant changes in the mRNA levels of RARα and RARγ (P>0.05) (Figure C and D).

视黄酸受体（RARs）的mRNA在ARPE-19细胞中呈强表达，未检测到类视黄醇X受体（RXRs）的表达（图A与图B）。与对照组相比，经全反式维甲酸（ATRA）处理后，视黄酸受体β（RARβ）的mRNA水平显著升高。RARβ的mRNA表达呈剂量依赖性，在10^-5摩尔每升的ATRA处理时达到最大效应。与之相反，视黄酸受体α（RARα）与视黄酸受体γ（RARγ）的mRNA水平未出现显著变化（P>0.05）（图C与图D）。
