38 plasma cytokine comparison between DAT+ warm autoimmune hemolyic anemia patients vs healthy controls

This dataset contains the raw plasma cytokine measurements in EDTA plasma samples from 54 wAIHA patients and 36 healthy controls. Thirty-eight cytokines were analyzed using Luminex® technology with a MILLIPLEX MAP Human Cytokine Magnetic Bead Panel (EMD Millipore) using the HCYTMAG-60K-PX38 kit . Plasma was isolated from EDTA whole blood stored 6 days at 0-4^oC, and stored at -80^oC until analsis. This raw dataset is analyzed and described in a Letter published in Blood Advances, 2022.

本数据集包含54例温抗体型自身免疫性溶血性贫血（wAIHA）患者与36例健康对照者的乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）抗凝血浆样本的原始血浆细胞因子检测数据。本研究采用Luminex®技术，借助EMD Millipore公司的MILLIPLEX MAP人类细胞因子磁珠试剂盒（货号HCYTMAG-60K-PX38），对38种细胞因子完成了分析检测。血浆样本取自于0~4℃下储存6天的EDTA抗凝全血，并于-80℃冻存直至检测分析。该原始数据集已在2022年发表于《Blood Advances》的一篇研究通讯中完成分析与阐述。
