MOVES Managing Congestion

This polyline feature layer represents the roadways that are overcapacity or have unreliable travel times identified in the Tampa MOVES Citywide Mobility Plan (July 2023), which is the City of Tampa's transportation plan for the next 30 years. The MOVES plan is centered on the guiding principles of Mobility, Opportunity, Vision, Equity, and Safety and uses a data-driven, equitable process to prioritize transportation projects and to address all mobility needs.
