Rumen viral genome catalogs

The rumen viral genome catalog was constructed by sequencing virus-like particles in the rumens of 22 Japanese cattle. The completeness of viral genomes was assessed using CheckV. RVG1 includes viral genomes that were classified as “Complete,” “High-quality,” and “Medium-quality”.

本瘤胃病毒基因组目录通过对22头日本牛瘤胃内的病毒样颗粒（virus-like particles）进行测序构建而成。病毒基因组的完整性通过CheckV进行评估。RVG1收录了被归类为“完整”“高质量”及“中等质量”的病毒基因组。
