Gene expression analysis of 3 MCL and 3 CLL cell lines

Microarray-based gene expression analysis identified genes differentially expressed in 3 MCL and 3 CLL cell lines compared to the lymphoblastoid non-tumor cell line LCL_WEI. In this study, a set of 3 CLL and 3 MCL cell lines was used to acquire expression profiles of a total of 16 441 transcripts, leading to the identification of differentially expressed genes compared to the a non-tumor B-cell line LCL-WEI by Significance Analysis of Microarray data.基于微阵列的基因表达分析，本研究鉴定了3例套细胞淋巴瘤（Mantle Cell Lymphoma, MCL）细胞系、3例慢性淋巴细胞白血病（Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, CLL）细胞系相较于淋巴母细胞非肿瘤细胞系LCL_WEI的差异表达基因。本研究共采用3例CLL与3例MCL细胞系，获取了总计16441条转录本的表达谱；通过微阵列数据显著性分析（Significance Analysis of Microarray data），最终鉴定得到相较于非肿瘤B细胞系LCL-WEI的差异表达基因。
