Expression data on F0 and F1 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudomonas aeruginosa

In our study, we seek to understand the differences in growth physiology between wild type P. aeruginosa PAO1 (F0 strain) and its PB1-phage resistant derivative (F1 strain). Overall design: F0 and F1 cells were harvested at mid-log for RNA extraction for hybridization to Affymetrix GeneChip P. aeruginosa genome array. A total of 4 biological replicates (4 F0 and 4 F1 samples were used).

本研究旨在探究野生型铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）PAO1（F0菌株）与其PB1噬菌体抗性衍生株（F1菌株）在生长生理特性上的差异。实验整体设计：于对数中期收集F0与F1菌株的菌体，提取总RNA后与Affymetrix铜绿假单胞菌全基因组基因芯片进行杂交。本实验共使用4组生物学重复，其中包含4份F0菌株样本与4份F1菌株样本。
