S. aureus assemblies from a culture-independent shotgun metagenomic nanopore sequencing performed directly on tissue biopsies. The aim was to test a culture independent protocol for the genotyping, virulence and AMR gene detection of OIAI. These are S. auresus assemblies from the study.
