De-identified minimal dataset supporting: Association between vitamin D status and circulating myokines in children

This repository contains a minimal, de-identified dataset underlying the study“Association between vitamin D status and circulating myokines (irisin, myostatin,and myonectin) in children: a cross-sectional study”. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, anthropometric indices,biochemical parameters (including serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and parathyroid hormone),and circulating myokine measurements. All data have been fully anonymized. No direct or indirect personal identifiersare included. The dataset is sufficient to reproduce all analyses reported in theassociated manuscript and complies with ethical and legal requirements for data sharing.
