Data generated during studies on the multifunctional hydrogel-based biopolymeric films for the local delivery of biological active compounds are provided. The raw experimental dataset consists of the vancomycin-loaded chitosan particles characterization (DLS size distribution profile, size distribution data based on SEM microphotographs, UV-Vis spectra data for encapsulation efficiency assessment) as well as the physicochemical evaluation of developed hybrid systems (the degradation and swelling experiments). In addition, data from model drug release experiments performed under physiological conditions are presented (the fluorescence spectra data for fluorescently-labelled vancomycin release).
本数据集提供了针对生物活性化合物局部递送用多功能水凝胶基生物聚合物薄膜开展研究过程中产生的相关实验数据。原始实验数据集涵盖负载万古霉素的壳聚糖颗粒的表征数据:包括动态光散射(Dynamic Light Scattering, DLS)粒径分布曲线、基于扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscopy, SEM)显微照片的粒径分布数据、用于评估包封率的紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱数据;同时包含所开发杂化体系的理化性能评价数据,即降解与溶胀实验数据。此外,本数据集还收录了在生理条件下开展的模型药物释放实验相关数据,即用于检测荧光标记万古霉素释放行为的荧光光谱数据。
