1. Compare the AL levels in patients with major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia; 2. Compare the sleep characteristics (e.g., sleep quality, sleep architecture, etc.) among the three patient groups; 3. Investigate the relationship between AL levels and sleep characteristics, and analyze the differences across the different mental disorders.
