Dataset for Newly established population of fire-bellied toad Bombina bombina (Anura: Bombinatoridae) in France: evidence of dispersal from multi-year occupancy modelling

This dataset provides data for Maxent analysis of Bombina bombina climatic niche in Europe including introduced population in France. This data set comprises R scripts to prepare data and to map results, as well as directories of rasters and csv file to run Maxent, and Maxent results, including log files.
