S.album.genome (PRJCA016473)

In this project, we used high-throughput sequencing technology combined with a variety of assembly strategies to achieve high-quality Santalum album genome assembly. A series of gene families and metabolic pathways related to the properties of S.albumwere discovered through systematic annotation of the assembly results.

本研究中，我们结合多种组装策略，运用高通量测序技术完成了高质量的白檀（Santalum album）基因组组装。通过对该组装结果进行系统性注释，我们发现了一系列与白檀特性相关的基因家族及代谢通路。
