We performed single-cell chromatin conformation capture with our recently developed method, Dip-C, on mouse sensory neurons in visual and olfactory systems, and reconstructed their 3D genomes. Overall design: We performed Dip-C on 132 cells from the retina and 277 cells from the main olfactory epithelium, extracted chromatin contacts, and generated 3 replicates of 3D genome structures per cell.

本研究采用我们近期开发的Dip-C方法,对视觉与嗅觉系统中的小鼠感觉神经元开展单细胞染色质构象捕获(single-cell chromatin conformation capture)实验,并重构了这些细胞的三维基因组。整体实验设计:我们分别从视网膜获取132个细胞、从主嗅觉上皮获取277个细胞,均通过Dip-C方法完成实验,提取染色质接触数据,并为每个细胞生成3组重复的三维基因组结构。
