This deposit contains the compiled datasets, figure scripts, and archived official source documents accompanying the manuscript "Microbial Findings in China's National Food-Safety Supervision Sampling, 2021–2025: Reported Shares and Reporting-Element Availability" (manuscript v38, September 2026). This record supersedes earlier exploratory deposits. Contents of the zip archive (folder structure preserved; please download and extract): - data/annual_problem_shares.csv — reported problem-category shares of noncompliant findings, 2021–2025 (main-text Table 1 and Figure 1)- data/window_shares.csv — reported microbial shares in six intra-year release windows, with annual reference values (Supplementary Figure S1)- data/category_signals_2025.csv — published 2025 category unqualified rates and ratios to the national average (Supplementary Table S8, Supplementary Figure S2)- data/reporting_element_audit.csv — machine-readable audit judgments behind main-text Table 2 and Supplementary Table S9 (six reporting elements × five annual releases; codes B/A/NR)- scripts/figure_scripts.py — generates all four manuscript figures from the CSV files above (the analysis is descriptive; no fitted model to reproduce)- samr_release_archive/ — archived copies (HTML and text-rendered PDF) of all cited SAMR releases, the per-category annex tables of the 2021–2023 annual announcements, and the CCTV beverage-release report All data derive from publicly released statistics of the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), China (samr.gov.cn, accessed 17 September 2026; annex tables accessed 29 September 2026) and from the published literature cited in the manuscript. No primary sampling or laboratory testing was performed; no human, animal, or personally identifiable data are included. Earlier exploratory analyses (priority-matrix scoring, trend models) were removed from this archive; they are not part of the current manuscript's analysis and are not required to reproduce any reported result.
