The TTS-SCFChilSC is an open-source dataset consisting of 15 minutes of annotated female voices in Mandarin Chinese, suitable for Text-to-Speech Synthesis. It contains 224 Chinese Mandarin utterances collected from a five-year-old girl. The content includes daily use sentences, fables, and stories, with audio parameters of 44.1 kHz, 16 bits, mono, and file formats of WAV (PCM) and TXT (UTF-8). The recordings were made using a Philips K38003 in a quiet indoor environment.
