Pull down of enzymes using alpha-amylase activity based probes from a complex compost sample

This experiment aimed to identify new GH13 alpha-amylaases from a complex compost sample using activity based probes. The substrate specificities of these novel enzymes could also be assigned by using -1 and -2 branched activity based probes.

本实验旨在借助基于活性的探针（Activity Based Probes），从复杂堆肥样品中筛选新型GH13家族α-淀粉酶；同时可通过-1和-2位分支型基于活性的探针，对这些新型酶的底物特异性进行表征。
