CD4+ tissue-resident memory T cells in pemphigus lesions

In the skin lesion of pemphigus, a group of life-threatening autoimmune bullous disease, an overrepresentation of CD4+ tissue-resident memory T (TRM) cells was found. A wholetranscriptome sequencing analysis was performed to characterize the transcriptomic features of CD4+ TRM cells in pemphigus leisions.
