Phenotyping experiment - Arabidopsis mutants

The dataset collected of Arabidopsis mutants within Boyce Thompson Institute's high-throughput phenotyping conditions. The plants were grown under 16h/8 light/dark cycle at 20/18C temperature and 60% humidity. The plants were watered to reference target weight of 130g, which is roughly equivalent of 60% of soil water holding capacity.

本数据集采集自博伊斯汤普森研究所（Boyce Thompson Institute）高通量表型分析（high-throughput phenotyping）条件下的拟南芥（Arabidopsis）突变体。供试植株在16小时光照/8小时黑暗的光周期、20/18℃温度与60%相对湿度的环境中栽培，期间通过浇水将其维持在130克的参考目标重量，该重量约等于土壤持水量的60%。
