Microglia M2 polarization plays an important role in the regulation of neuroinflammation, but the molecular mechanisms behind it remain unclear. This study researched the expression profiles of mRNAs in microglia M2 polarization cell model. Overall design: Microarray expression profiling of mRNAs were conducted using RNA extracted from the BV2 cell treated by 10ng/ml IL-4 for 24 hr and the untreated control, in triplicate.

小胶质细胞M2极化在神经炎症的调控中发挥关键作用，但其背后的分子机制仍未明确。本研究针对小胶质细胞M2极化细胞模型中的mRNA表达谱展开研究。实验设计：采用经10ng/ml白细胞介素4（IL-4）处理24小时的BV2细胞，以及未处理的对照组所提取的RNA，对mRNA进行基因芯片表达谱分析，实验设置三次生物学重复。
