MRI data and key brain region datasets of a mixed group consisting of healthy individuals and patients with mild cognitive impairment

Approved by the Ethics Society of our hospital, 180 MRI images were collected, and after data cleaning, 151 healthy individuals who were diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment through other comprehensive methods were left behind. This dataset serves the research project on the application of artificial intelligence MRI brain segmentation technology combined with functional imaging in the early diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment. This project was funded by the Wenzhou Basic Public Welfare Project Fund (Project Number: 2024Y0867).

本研究经本院伦理委员会批准，共收集180例磁共振成像（Magnetic Resonance Imaging，MRI）图像；经数据清洗后，最终纳入151名经其他综合手段确诊为轻度认知障碍（mild cognitive impairment, MCI）的健康个体。本数据集为人工智能（Artificial Intelligence, AI）磁共振脑分割技术结合功能成像在轻度认知障碍早期诊断中的应用研究项目提供数据支持。本项目受温州市基础公益项目基金资助（项目编号：2024Y0867）。
