Global mycorrhizal dataset 2024

We used Generalized Additive Models for Location, Scale and Shape (GAMLSS) and a global dataset of 703 sites to determine the effects of climate variables, soil nitrogen and soil phosphorus on the proportional representation of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) and of non-mycorrhizal species (NM) in woody vegetation.

本研究采用位置、尺度和形状广义可加模型（Generalized Additive Models for Location, Scale and Shape，GAMLSS），结合包含703个样地的全球数据集，探究气候变量、土壤氮与土壤磷对外生菌根（ectomycorrhizal，ECM）物种及非菌根（non-mycorrhizal，NM）物种在木本植被中的相对占比的影响。
