Based on the background data and field surveys of the study area, a conceptual model of the study area was established. Then, a three-dimensional unsteady flow model for the region where Qingtu Lake is located was constructed based on this conceptual model. This dataset includes water balance data simulated by the eco-hydrological coupling model of Qingtu Lake.
