We performed scRNA-seq analyses on patient matched lesional and nonlesional skin from viitiligo patients using the 10x genomics platform to examine different cell populations and keratinocyte states that may contribute to vitiligo disease persistence. Suction blisters were generated from patient matched lesional and nonlesional skin from 7 vitiligo patients, unfortunately 1 set (Patient B) did not have sufficient cells and was excluded from analysis

我们采用10x Genomics平台,对白癜风(vitiligo)患者的配对皮损与非皮损皮肤组织开展了单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)分析,旨在探究可能参与白癜风病程迁延的不同细胞群与角质形成细胞(keratinocyte)状态。本研究通过负压吸疱术,从7名白癜风患者的配对皮损与非皮损皮肤中获取样本;遗憾的是,其中1组样本(患者B)的细胞数量不足,被排除在后续分析之外。
