miRNA-seq of glioma patient tissues treated by DMSO or LY2109761

Glioma tissues from patients were cultured in complete DMEM and treated with either DMSO or LY2109761, an inhibitor of TGFBR2. Tissue blocks of TBD0207 and TBD0220 were subjected to miRNA-seq.
