Hedya salicella (white-backed marble), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Hedya salicella, common name white-backed marble, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，收集了为俗称白背大理石（white-backed marble）的Hedya salicella生成的基因组与转录组数据，旨在推动该物种的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目产生的相关数据将按照《达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策》（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行公开共享。
