n order to inhibit the accumulation of TSNAs during cigar fermentation, Bacillus siamensis WD-32 strain with high temperature resistance to high decreased nitrite, a precursor of TSNAs, and weak nitrate degradation ability was isolated from the cigar tobacco leaves environment.

为抑制雪茄发酵过程中烟草特有亚硝胺（Tobacco-Specific Nitrosamines，TSNAs）的积累，本研究从雪茄烟叶环境中分离得到一株暹罗芽孢杆菌（Bacillus siamensis）WD-32菌株，该菌株具备耐高温特性，可高效降解烟草特有亚硝胺的前体物亚硝酸盐，且硝酸盐降解能力较弱。
