To the left the mean and standard deviation (SD) of metabolite concentrations among healthy controls (HC).pa refers to significance level with independent samples t-test comparing HC with MS patients at baseline. Significant differences were still valid when adjusting for age using logistic regression analyses. To the right the mean and the standard deviation (SD) of metabolite concentrations among MS patients are presented at baseline and at follow-up.
