对精装修住宅业主满意度进行分析是优化装修工程行业企业管理服务的重要环节,有助于企业发现自身在工程管理中的不足之处,从而制定相应的改进措施。帮助装修工程行业企业面向业主,提高装修工程项目的综合品质,维护与业主的良好关系,提升企业形象,提高品牌价值与综合竞争力。1、数据采集于本企业在宁波地区精装修住宅业主问卷,经过清洗、脱敏,去除异常值、空值、错误值后进行分析。 2、精装修住宅业主满意度主要包括设计风格、装修质量、智慧家居、维修响应、建材品牌、空间规划、节能环保七个因子,由业主根据自身感受以1-5分进行打分。 用AHP层次分析法计算权重,设计风格,装修质量,智慧家具,维修响应,建材品牌,空间规划,节能环保总共7项对应的权重值分别是:16.370%,14.416%,12.462%,14.720%,12.723%,15.849%,13.461% 满意度得分(小数点后取2位)=16.370%*设计风格+14.416%*装修质量+12.462%*智慧家具+14.720%*维修响应+12.723%*建材品牌+15.849%*空间规划+13.461%*节能环保 行业内<3分为不满意,≥3分至<4分为一般,≥4分为满意

Analyzing owner satisfaction with fully-decorated residential properties is a critical step in optimizing management services for enterprises in the decoration engineering industry. It helps enterprises identify shortcomings in their project management, formulate targeted improvement measures, enhance the comprehensive quality of decoration projects when serving homeowners, maintain good relationships with owners, improve corporate image, and boost brand value and overall competitiveness. 1. The data was collected from questionnaires distributed to homeowners of fully-decorated residential properties in Ningbo by our enterprise. After data cleaning, anonymization, and removal of outliers, null values and erroneous values, the analysis was conducted. 2. Owner satisfaction with fully-decorated residential properties covers seven main factors: design style, decoration quality, smart home, maintenance response, building material brands, space planning, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Homeowners rate each factor on a 1-5 scale based on their own experience. The weights of the seven factors including design style, decoration quality, smart furniture, maintenance response, building material brands, space planning, energy conservation and environmental protection were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), with the corresponding values being 16.370%, 14.416%, 12.462%, 14.720%, 12.723%, 15.849%, and 13.461% respectively. The satisfaction score (rounded to two decimal places) is calculated as: 16.370% × Design Style + 14.416% × Decoration Quality + 12.462% × Smart Furniture + 14.720% × Maintenance Response + 12.723% × Building Material Brands + 15.849% × Space Planning + 13.461% × Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection. Within the industry, a score below 3 is classified as dissatisfied, a score of no less than 3 and less than 4 is classified as average, and a score of no less than 4 is classified as satisfied.
