Genetic variants in WWOX and survival of Chinese gastric cancer patients

In the present study, we investigated the survival associations of <em>WWOX</em> variants with 796 Chinese gastric cancer patients. We extracted 1913 SNPs in <em>WWOX</em> from our ongoing genome-wide association study of gastric cancer for survival analysis.The survival associations were analyzed by GenABEL package in R software. We present the survival associations for the 1913 <em>WWOX</em> variants in one table for review.

本研究以796名中国胃癌患者为研究对象，探究了WWOX基因变异与患者生存结局的关联。我们从正在开展的胃癌全基因组关联研究中提取了WWOX基因区域内的1913个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms，SNPs），以用于生存分析。本研究采用R软件中的GenABEL包对生存关联进行分析。我们将1913个WWOX基因变异的生存关联结果整理至一张表格中，以供审阅。
