This is a proteomics dataset focusing on the key metabolic enzyme Acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1 (ACC1) acting as a transferable signaling carrier. It mediates exosome-dependent intercellular communication to drive the intercellular transmission of the tumor drug-resistant phenotype, and fully elucidates a novel cross-scale regulatory pathway spanning from the active export of fully functional ACC1 by drug-resistant cells, to the uptake and internalization by drug-sensitive cells that directly reprogram their endogenous fatty acid metabolism, and ultimately culminating in the acquisition of drug-resistant capacity at the cellular population level.
