Time-course transcriptome analysis of non-antibiotics producer and actinorhodin over-producing Streptomyces coelicolor strain

To identify unique gene expression in higher antibiotics producing Streptomyces coelicolor strain, non-producer M1146 and the derivative strain M1146+ACT (M1146 with actinorhodin biosynthetic genes cluster) was choosen for comparative transcriptome analysis. The genes with different gene expression might be key genes important for antibiotics production. 10 time points, 2 strains: control (M1146) and M1146+ACT

为鉴定高产抗生素的天蓝色链霉菌（Streptomyces coelicolor）菌株中的特异性基因表达模式，本研究选取不产抗生素的菌株M1146及其衍生菌株M1146+ACT（携带放线紫红素（actinorhodin）生物合成基因簇的M1146菌株）开展比较转录组分析。表达量存在差异的基因可能是参与抗生素生物合成的关键功能基因。本实验设置10个采样时间点，共包含2株菌株：对照菌株M1146与衍生菌株M1146+ACT。
