植被指数是反映植被物候变化的关键参数,高时间和空间分辨率的植被指数数据能够为全球变化研究提供可靠数据支持。目前,MODIS卫星数据产品是获取植被指数的一项重要数据源。MOD13Q1以每像素为基础提供植被指数(VI)值。有2个主要植被层。第一个是归一化差异植被指数(NDVI),第二个植被层是增强植被指数(EVI)。以17个关键节点为研究区域,基于2000至2016年MOD13Q1数据,对不同地区植被的NDVI、EVI各种数据进行了裁剪和估算,最终得到了关键节点区域2000-2016年16天百米级植被指数数据。

Vegetation indices are key parameters reflecting vegetation phenological changes, and vegetation index data with high temporal and spatial resolution can provide reliable data support for global change research. Currently, MODIS satellite data products are an important data source for obtaining vegetation indices. MOD13Q1 provides vegetation index (VI) values on a per-pixel basis. There are two main vegetation layers: the first is the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and the second is the Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI). Taking 17 key nodes as the research areas, based on MOD13Q1 data from 2000 to 2016, the NDVI and EVI data of vegetation in different regions were clipped and estimated, and finally the 16-day 100-meter resolution vegetation index data for the key node areas from 2000 to 2016 were obtained.
