Graph of biological interactions

Dataset is represented in a form of a graph, where edges are biological interactions and the nodes are genes, proteins or probes.Biological interactions include protein-protein interactions (PPI) and co-expression. 本数据集采用图结构进行表征，图中的边代表生物相互作用，节点则为基因、蛋白质或探针（probes）。生物相互作用包括蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用（Protein-Protein Interaction，PPI）与共表达关系。源自各类数据库的节点标识符均被映射至统一的Ensembl命名空间，即该网络中的所有节点标识符均以ENSG作为前缀。有关数据记录的详细信息，请参阅文件《Network_of_genes associated_with_Alzheimer's_diseases_Data description.pdf》。
