Processed data for "Characterising the evolutionary dynamics of cancer proliferation in single-cell clones with SPRINTER"

This dataset contains the processed data for the figures and analyses performed in the publication "Characterising the evolutionary dynamics of cancer proliferation in single-cell clones with SPRINTER" from Lucas O., Ward S., Zaidi R., Bunkum A., ..., Zaccaria S. Nature genetics, in press, 2024.

The processed data are separated into three respective folders:

GT contains all the data related to the analysis of the generated ground truth datasets;

NSCLC contains all the data related to the analysis of the NSCLC dataset;

TNBC_HGSC contains all the data related to the analysis of the TNBC and HGSC datasets.

本数据集包含Lucas O.、Ward S.、Zaidi R.、Bunkum A.等（末位作者为Zaccaria S.）发表于《Nature genetics》2024年待刊论文《Characterising the evolutionary dynamics of cancer proliferation in single-cell clones with SPRINTER》中，用于生成各图表及开展相关分析的经处理数据。

该经处理数据分为三个专属文件夹：

GT文件夹：收录所有与生成的真实基准（ground truth）数据集的分析相关的数据；
NSCLC文件夹：收录所有与非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）数据集的分析相关的数据；
TNBC_HGSC文件夹：收录所有与三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）和高级别浆液性卵巢癌（HGSC）数据集的分析相关的数据。
