本数据集记录了中型浮游动物（Mesozooplankton）群落的牧食速率，单位为微克色素·米⁻²·小时⁻¹，涵盖5个粒径分级（2-0.5、0.5-1、1-2、2-5及＞5毫米）及总牧食速率。样品采集自东热带太平洋哥斯达黎加穹顶（Costa Rica Dome, CRD）海域的MV1008航次，采用环形拖网采样方式获取。
