Manuscript "Factors of Household Well-being: Friends or Institutions in Need? Evidence from Transition Countries"

The data has a hierarchical structure: 32356 observations nested in 29 countries. The first-level data come from the Life in Transition Survey (the 2nd wave). The sources for the country-level data are the Worldwide Governance Indicators, the Bertelsmann Transformation Index.
