This dataset includes data from a study on prenatal cadmium (Cd) and arsenic (As) exposure effects on fetal lung development in mice exposed at embryonic stage E12. The files are organized into chromatin accessibility and gene expression matrices. Chromatin accessibility data is stored in atac_fragments_control.tsv.gz and atac_fragments_treated.tsv.gz for control and treated groups, respectively; each line represents a unique ATAC-seq fragment, which can be indexed using .tbi files (atac_fragments_control.tsv.gz.tbi and atac_fragments_treated.tsv.gz.tbi). These fragments files capture accessible chromatin regions. The gene expression matrices are contained in filtered_feature_bc_matrix_control.h5 for control and filtered_feature_bc_matrix_treated.h5 for treated samples, representing gene and peak feature counts per barcode, identifying cell-type-specific expression changes.
