Single cell ATAC-seq (scATAC-seq) was performed on macaque embryonic stem cell-derived cerebral organoids. scATAC-seq was performed on day 60 (2 months old cerebral organoid).本研究针对猕猴胚胎干细胞来源的脑类器官，开展了单细胞ATAC测序（scATAC-seq）实验。本次实验选取培养至第60天、对应2月龄的脑类器官作为测序样本。
