W12 clones, naturally infected with HPV16, were passaged under non-competitive conditions until the virus had integrated and they were episome free. RNA-seq was performed in duplicate for 5 W12 clone lines, normal cervix tissue and a parental W12 line.

自然感染人乳头瘤病毒16型(HPV16)的W12细胞克隆,在非竞争性培养条件下进行传代培养,直至病毒基因组完成整合且细胞内无游离型病毒基因组。针对5株W12细胞克隆系、正常宫颈组织及亲本W12细胞系,均完成了两次重复的RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验。
