To investigate the transcriptional programs associated with SlySBP12a-induced PCD, we performed RNA-sequencing on Nicotiana benthamiana leaves transiently expressing SlySBP12a or EV control. Samples were harvested at pre-symptomatic stages, prior to tissue collapse, to capture the regulatory phase of the death process. This experimental design enabled us to identify core genes and pathways activated during SlySBP12a-induced PCD and explore how the transcriptional programs driven by SlySBP12a integrate with broader networks of stress, hormone, and defense signaling.
为探究与SlySBP12a诱导的细胞程序性死亡(Programmed Cell Death,PCD)相关的转录程序,我们对瞬时表达SlySBP12a或空载体(Empty Vector,EV)对照的本氏烟草(Nicotiana benthamiana)叶片进行了RNA测序。我们于组织解体前的症状前期采集样本,以捕捉细胞死亡进程的调控阶段。本实验设计可使我们鉴定SlySBP12a诱导的PCD过程中激活的核心基因与信号通路,并解析SlySBP12a驱动的转录程序如何与更广范围的胁迫、激素及防御信号网络实现整合。
