CD38+T cells show poorer mitochondrial function and a tendency to cellular senescence

To analyze the difference of gene expression pattern between CD38+/CD38- T cells, we isolated the PBMCs from five healthy individuals. CD38 Positive (CD38+) and CD38 negative (CD38-) T cells were sorted by flow cytometry. The transcriptome of CD38+/CD38- T cells was detected by RNA-seq. The RNA-seq processed data include the normalized counts FPKM, TPM of sequencing reads and original read counts. The dataset also includes the part of representative flow cytometry raw data of this article.

为探究CD38阳性（CD38+）与CD38阴性（CD38-）T细胞的基因表达模式差异，本研究从5名健康个体中分离外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells，PBMCs），通过流式细胞术（flow cytometry）分选出CD38+与CD38- T细胞。随后采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）检测两组T细胞的转录组，本次RNA-seq的处理后数据包含测序reads的标准化计数FPKM、TPM以及原始reads计数。本数据集同时包含本文所采用的代表性流式细胞术原始数据部分内容。
