Developed microsatellite markers from the genomic data targeting 1061 conserved genes in Antennaria corymbosa. The markers have a high cross-species amplification rate across other diploid to tetraploid sexual Antennaria species and the higher polyploid agamic complexes formed by the hybridization and introgression of the sexual species. The markers will be helpful in the investigation of the genetic diversity, population genetic structure, and the parentage analysis of Antennaria species.

本研究从伞花蝶须(Antennaria corymbosa)的基因组数据中,开发了针对其1061个保守基因的微卫星标记(microsatellite markers)。该类标记在其他二倍体至四倍体的有性蝶须属(Antennaria)物种,以及由有性物种经杂交与渐渗形成的高级多倍体无融合生殖复合体中,均具备较高的跨物种扩增效率。该标记将可为蝶须属物种的遗传多样性调查、种群遗传结构研究以及亲子关系分析提供有力支撑。
