Transcriptome profiling of C.elegans worms were grown from L1 until adulthood D1 at either 20 °C or 25 °C. The following genotypes were used: OW1601: dvIs62[snb-1p::hTDP-43/3'long UTR + mtl-2p::GFP]X and OW1603: dvIs15[(pPD30.38)unc-54 (vector) + (pCL26)mtl-2p::GFP]
本数据集针对秀丽隐杆线虫（C.elegans）开展转录组分析，实验所用线虫均从L1幼虫期培养至成年第1天，分别于20℃与25℃下培养。本研究使用的基因型品系如下：OW1601：dvIs62[snb-1p::hTDP-43/3'长非翻译区（3' long UTR） + mtl-2p::绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）]X；OW1603：dvIs15[(pPD30.38)unc-54（载体） + (pCL26)mtl-2p::GFP]
