Seawater was sampled by a CTD rosette (Seabird 911, SeaBird Electronics, Bellevue, Washington, USA) at 4 stations in the North Yellow Sea (NYS) and 8 stations in the Bohai Sea (BS) during the Spring of 2020. The diversity of three cycloalkane degrading bacteria with different side chain lengths was studied by 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing and analysis in the process of the enrichment culture differences between microbial community structure and diversity, response of microorganisms to cycloalkanes exposure with different side chain lengths in BS and NYS.

2020年春季,研究人员使用温盐深采水器(CTD rosette,赛贝克911型(Seabird 911),海鸟电子公司(SeaBird Electronics),美国华盛顿州贝尔维尤市),在北黄海(NYS)的4个站位与渤海(BS)的8个站位采集海水样本。本研究通过16S核糖体RNA(16SrRNA)高通量测序与分析,对三种携带不同侧链长度的环烷烃降解菌的多样性展开研究,并解析了富集培养过程中微生物群落结构与多样性的差异,以及渤海与北黄海的微生物对不同侧链长度环烷烃暴露的响应。
