Hordeum vulgare leaf microbiome with or without IR treatment

The microbiome of Hordeum vulgare leafs was studied with or without IR treatment to investigate the influence of IR on leaf microbiome composition. IR eliciting strains where Pseudomonas simiae and Bacillus thuringiensis.

本研究针对大麦（Hordeum vulgare）的叶片微生物组，设置施加IR处理与不施加IR处理的两组对照实验，以探究IR对叶片微生物组组成的影响。本次研究所使用的IR诱导菌株为西蒙氏假单胞菌（Pseudomonas simiae）与苏云金芽孢杆菌（Bacillus thuringiensis）。
