The dataset supporting the findings of this study includes all experimental and analytical results obtained from the investigation on ternary-blended geopolymer mortar containing ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), metakaolin (MK), and paper sludge ash (PSA). It covers data on material characterization, mix proportions, workability, compressive strength, water absorption, and sustainability parameters evaluated through multi-criteria decision analysis (TOPSIS). All tests were performed in accordance with relevant ASTM and IS standards. The dataset is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
