Bulk RNA-seq comparing expression profiles between neural crest cells experiencing high and low levels of Wnt signaling

The purpose of this study was to obtain an unbiased list of wnt-regulated genes in zebrafish neural crest. NC cells were collected from 7xTCF:mCherry transgenic Wnt reporter zebrafish embryos. 3 samples each were collected for high and low levels of the transgene by FACS.

本研究旨在获取斑马鱼神经嵴中受Wnt调控的基因的无偏列表。研究人员从携带7xTCF:mCherry转基因Wnt报告基因的斑马鱼胚胎中分离神经嵴（Neural Crest, NC）细胞，并通过荧光激活细胞分选术（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）分别收集3份对应转基因高表达与低表达水平的样本。
